On-site measurement typically takes about 30 &#x2013; 45 minutes (more for large and/or complicated buildings).</p><p>Within 24 hours of measurement, we will provide you with an e-mail with the sketch, including above-grade gross living area, finished and unfinished below grade-areas, garages, decks, porches, etc.</p><hr><h3 id="why-dont-i-just-use-cubicasa">Why don&apos;t I just use CubiCasa?</h3><p>Floor plan apps using a smartphone are not reliably accurate. These applications have been found to vary from the actual square footages by 5-8%.</p><p>The only way to achieve A.N.S.I. standards is to perform an exterior measurement.</p><hr><h3 id="what-about-payment">What about payment?</h3><p>Payment at the time of service is customary.
